Adventure T Empty Adventure T

Is it really worth it to spend a large amount of T completing adventures? I just do my adventures when I have minimal "spare T" left, after fighting/training.

What are your thoughts on this?

there are several great bonuses that you would miss out on like the wellness clinic or smart bread or alcohol

I just wasted a ton of T attempting to do an adventure. Once I messed up on one part, I just wanted to do everything at once, so I used a refill (I ran out of T). With lots of mistakes...Er, you get the point.

Eh, adventures are still worth it, now that I see it. Benefits, etc...
