Mission 16 Empty Mission 16

I found the guide for Mission 16 a little confusing, and kind of figured it out myself.

This is my suggested guide for defeating the punks -

There 7 punks, each a different color. They are randomly assigned locations, and a color of punk to call for help. They are at Wal-Mart, Toy Store, Liquor Store, Wellness Center, Soup Kitchen, Candy Store, and 7-11. You will need to defeat each one twice- First time through, take note of whether they have a walkie-talkie, and which color punk they call.

Second time through, start with the punk that has no walkie-talkie. Then , kill the punk who calls him for help. Then , kill the punk who calls him for help. Repeat until done.
