yes but also depends on what day you are on.

It gets released on a specific day and then you have random chances to find it.

I used to get a lot on HW1

basicall heal - get 1,250,000 in hand then explore and hold my finger on F5

Then bank!

Ther reason I say more is that the magna carter is 1 mill but the comic is 200k and if you only have 1 mill and find a comic first you wont have enough money.

When you sell them for PP points (although keep 1 comic) you get more money back.

On HW2 I get killed a lot more so didn't bother to explore then tried to do this at the end and have NEVER got a comic or a magna carta so if you have done your wishes I say dont even try.
