Evil claw machine

Verified info:
-you find it in the evil fortress after completing day 14
-to use it you must find and equip the green gloves (found while exploring the hoburbs)
-lets you steal money from other hobos - cash must be in hand, doesn't matter if the hobo is dead or alive
-the amount stolen is 10% of the cash in hand

Heuristics:
-the coordinates in the claw machine are somehow related to the first city explore, so your chance to find hobos to steal from is much higher around the 50,50 area
-wearing the green headband (also found while exploring the hoburbs) will protect you from having your money stolen

Just got a green headband and have equipped it. Now just gotta see if I get clawed.

I don't think you'll get a message when you get clawed you just notice that some of your money is gone otherwise there should be lots of people with like 20 messages just from me...

Headband doesn't work. I got clawed twice today

No headband protection? Man, that DOES suck. I wonder what it does then? Green gloves are so you can use the evil claw machine, green headband must have SOME function.

I got the green gloves today though, wasted most of a bar of T on the evil claw
