Hoburbia Day 18 Empty Hoburbia Day 18

This guide has been wonderful and helped me through many of my blonder moments. But with day 18 on the guide you have to do action 8 times well I am unable to do 8 no matter which action I choose to stick with the entire time. Is there a magic number I am missing? I have been stuck on this day for more time than is needed and my piggy bank is getting light. Please help.
