unlocking wishes

just to help ya out with the city hall wish , when you click on a window and the ompaloompa says I was thinking of a diffrent number ( exsample . you knock on window 6 he says sorry I was thinking of a diffrent number the number was 17 ) you take the number you you knocked on 6 and take 17 away so 17-6 = 11 sp go to window # 11 and you will find him. the numbers will be diffrent for every person but this is the formula to find him without guess work
