Rat Wing: Second City Park, you need a piece of bread and then you can try to catch a pidgeon
Prechewed Gum: Best way to get it is by exploring the city, if you have really bad luck you will get it in the soup kitchen
Altoids: Tincan Alley Flee Market, Special Meal at soup kitchen
Soap: You get 1 soap each day in the soup kitchen but you can also buy it at Tincan Alley Flee Market
Celery: Second City Flee Market
Soda Water: Second City Flee Market
Gasoline: Second City Flee Market
Red Hot: soup kitchen as a daily special, can be bought at Candy Shop from day 9 on
Pink Lawn Flamingo: Explore the Hoburbs
Empty Keg: Explore the Hoburbs
Skateboard: Explore the Hoburbs
BBQ grill: Explore the Hoburbs (found very rarely)
Walkman: Claw machine
I Love You Bracelet: Claw machine
VCR: Claw machine

Lye: Access the Janitor's Closet in the Fizzy Soda Room (read Adventure Guide if you can't remember/know how to get there)

Green Gloves: Explore the Hoburbs (can be equipped though I haven't found out the use yet)

Purple Heart: Explore the Hoburbs (you need to have money on you)
The Magna Carta: Explore the Hoburbs (you need to carry $1 Million in your hand)
Ming Vase: Explore the Hoburbs (you need to carry $50k in your hand)

Prize-Winning Yorkshire Terrier: Explore the Hoburbs

BBQ is also available exploring Hoburbia. I can't remember the exact specifics, but it is worth more than any other items in Hoburbia

why are people fiding the hat for the side quest and after what day?

which side quest do you mean? if you are talking about the exploring thing with the robbers please check out the side quest thread and you will see that you only need a head band and a plastic helmet so there is no hat to be found at all

You're walking around when you see a freshly painted red fence. Something tells you to hop it, so you do.

It's a fairly normal looking yard except... You see a metal suitcase handle sticking out of the ground. You dig it up a little and pull it out. You open it up quickly and see that it's full of A LOT of cash! Awesome!
